These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Digital WealthCraft website,
community, courses, publications, and related services (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our
Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1) Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information
and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2) Educational-Only; No Financial Advice
Digital WealthCraft provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial,
investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, nor is it a solicitation to buy or sell any asset or security.
Decisions you make are your sole responsibility. Consult qualified professionals before acting.
Risk Notice: Digital assets are volatile and carry risk, including possible loss of principal.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3) Payments, Renewals, & Refunds
Some features (e.g., courses, memberships) may require payment. Payments are handled by third-party processors
(e.g., Stripe, PayPal) and are subject to their terms. Prices may change prospectively.
- Renewals: If your plan is set to auto-renew, you can cancel anytime before the renewal date in your account settings.
- Refunds (General): Unless a specific course or offer states otherwise, subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis for the unused portion of the current paid term when you cancel or when we terminate without cause.
- Exceptions: In cases of serious policy violations (e.g., fraud, spam/abuse, clear market manipulation attempts), refunds may be denied.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties.
- Chargebacks: Please contact support first to resolve billing issues; unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
4) Community Guidelines & Anti-Shilling Policy
Our community thrives on respectful, transparent discussion. “Shilling” — persistent promotion of personal projects, tokens,
or schemes; coordinated hype; undisclosed conflicts of interest — is not allowed.

Enforcement Ladder
- Step 1 — Warning: Clear notice with guidance to correct behavior.
- Step 2 — Temporary Suspension: Up to 30 days; access to posting or DMs may be limited.
- Step 3 — Termination: Account closed for repeated or severe violations.
Refunds on Enforcement: If your account is suspended or terminated, we may provide a prorated refund of any
prepaid, unused subscription period, except in cases involving fraud, harassment, spam rings, or other serious abuse.
5) Your Content; License to Us
You may post content (e.g., comments, forum posts, messages). You retain ownership of your content.
By posting, you grant Digital WealthCraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display,
reproduce, and distribute your content on the Site for the purpose of operating and improving the community.
You represent you have rights to post the content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
6) Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, content, and branding are protected by intellectual-property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without written permission,
except as allowed by fair-use and applicable law.
7) Prohibited Conduct
- Violating any law or regulation, including securities or consumer-protection laws.
- Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
- Spam, undisclosed promotions, or market-manipulation attempts.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Site’s operation.
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
8) Third-Party Services & Links
We integrate third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, email delivery).
Their terms and policies govern your use of those services. We are not responsible for third-party content or actions.
9) Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied,
including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital WealthCraft and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill,
arising from or related to your use of the Site.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital WealthCraft, its affiliates, and contributors from any claims,
damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site,
your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12) DMCA & Intellectual-Property Complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your intellectual-property rights, please email:

- Your contact information.
- A description of the work you claim is infringed.
- The URL or location of the alleged infringing material.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act and that your claim is accurate.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the current version.
Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California,
for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
15) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time with or without cause or notice.
Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you in these Terms will cease immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability,
Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive termination.
16) Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
