The Digital WealthCraft community is built on respect, shared learning, and integrity.
These guidelines exist to ensure that every member can participate safely, thoughtfully, and free from spam or exploitation.
By joining or participating, you agree to uphold these standards alongside our
Terms of Service and
Privacy Policy.
1) Our Core Principles
Digital WealthCraft is more than a platform — it’s a learning ecosystem grounded in five principles:
- Respect: Treat others as peers and collaborators, not competitors.
- Integrity: Be truthful and transparent in everything you post or promote.
- Constructive Learning: Contribute to conversations that expand understanding, not fear or speculation.
- Security Awareness: Protect your personal information and help others stay vigilant.
- Community Before Profit: We grow through shared knowledge, not hidden agendas.
2) Prohibited Behavior
To maintain a safe and professional environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited across all areas of the Site:
- Scams or Financial Solicitations: No promoting, recruiting, or offering investment schemes, token sales, airdrops, giveaways, or “guaranteed return” offers.
- Shilling & Unsolicited Promotion: No posting or messaging to promote your own or others’ projects, products, or tokens without prior approval.
- Phishing or Impersonation: Never pretend to be another member, admin, or representative of Digital WealthCraft or its partners.
- Harassment & Hate Speech: Any harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior (based on identity, belief, or background) is grounds for immediate removal.
- Spamming & Flooding: Repetitive posts, mass DMs, link dumping, or off-topic content are not permitted.
- Personal Data Sharing: Never post your private information or request someone else’s (e.g., wallet keys, addresses, passwords).
- Illegal or Unethical Activity: No content that violates law, infringes rights, or encourages unsafe behavior.
Zero Tolerance: Scam attempts, impersonation, and malicious promotion result in immediate termination of account access without refund.
3) Posting & Engagement Standards
We encourage open conversation and learning through discussion. To keep communication clear and valuable:
- Be factual and cite sources when possible. Avoid spreading rumors or unverified claims.
- Keep discussions on-topic and relevant to digital assets, finance, learning, or community development.
- Use constructive feedback — challenge ideas, not people.
- Flag suspicious content or behavior immediately using the site’s report features.
- Respect moderation decisions; appeals can be submitted privately via support.
4) Anti-Shilling Policy
“Shilling” refers to using the community to promote personal or third-party projects, tokens, or financial products under the guise of discussion or “education.”
This includes:
- Posting referral links or affiliate promotions without disclosure.
- Encouraging members to buy or sell specific assets.
- Creating posts that hype a coin, NFT, or project without context or analysis.
- Soliciting DMs or off-site conversations to pitch services or “opportunities.”
Enforcement: First violation results in a written warning. Repeated offenses lead to permanent suspension.
5) Moderation & Enforcement
Moderation protects both the tone and the trust of the community.
All users agree that moderators may edit, move, or remove content at their discretion to maintain safety and quality.
Our Enforcement Ladder:
- Step 1 — Warning: Written notice outlining the issue and expected correction.
- Step 2 — Temporary Suspension: 7–30 days depending on severity. Access to posting and DMs restricted.
- Step 3 — Permanent Ban: Access terminated for repeated or severe violations.
Refund Policy for Enforcements: Suspended or terminated accounts may receive a prorated refund for any unused paid term,
except in cases of fraud, spam, harassment, or security violations.
6) Privacy & Safety
Protecting member data is central to Digital WealthCraft’s trust framework.
Do not share screenshots, private messages, or personal details without consent.
Reports of potential scams, impersonation, or unsafe behavior are reviewed immediately.

7) Intellectual Property & Attribution
Respect creators’ work. Share links to original sources where possible. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission.
Community posts and discussions remain the property of their authors, but by contributing you grant Digital WealthCraft the right to display and archive your content within the Site.
8) Appeals & Contact
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may appeal by contacting support through the Contact Page.
Appeals are reviewed by an administrator not involved in the original decision.
