Overview

DWC-001 is the baseline model in the Digital WealthCraft Range Series. It uses a moderate-width, four-band liquidity structure positioned around current market price. The goal is to capture trading volume efficiently while keeping the position active a high percentage of the time.

In plain language: this vault is built to sit close enough to market flow to earn meaningful fees, without going so narrow that it constantly falls out of range and has to be rebalanced every time price moves.

Strategy Intent

The Moderate Range Model focuses on fee density and responsiveness. Concentrating liquidity in moderately tight bands can improve fee capture per dollar of capital deployed. At the same time, the design aims to avoid hyper-aggressive “micro ranges” that need constant babysitting.

This vault also uses structured rebalance logic. We allow positions to drift out of range on slower cycles before adjusting, to avoid paying fees and locking in unnecessary impermanent loss on every wiggle in price. When we do rebalance, we compound earnings back into the strategy.

For learners and observers, DWC-001 is an example of how range placement affects fee generation. By tracking its behavior over time, you can see: how often it stays in range, how frequently it needs rebalancing, and how concentrated liquidity behaves in real market conditions on Base.

Role in the Range Series

DWC-001 is designed to be paired with DWC-002 (the Wide Range Model). Together, they demonstrate a dual-range approach: one vault prioritizes fee intensity and responsiveness (this one), and the other prioritizes staying active through broader price swings. When used side by side, the two vaults create a more balanced profile of fee capture and persistence.
